Direct access to the sea through a stairway closed by a gate guarantees privacy and security.
The part of the beach of the Villa is also fenced off and equipped with pitches exclusively available to guests with solar-powered showers and beach equipment.
The villa is spread over two levels, completely independent and functionally divided.

The common part includes,   in addition to the external terrace,  a large internal garage and a gazebo immersed in the garden.

The ground floor of the Villa consists of a kitchen/living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The first floor is in turn characterized by three double bedrooms, a kitchen, a large living room, an internal bathroom, a dressing room and an external bathroom with shower.

The villa is located at one of the vertices of a triangle formed by the international airport of Catania (about 70 km.)  and the airport of Comiso (about 115 km.) Furthermore, it is only 12 km from Syracuse and about 37 km from Noto, capital of the Sicilian Baroque, as well as a few kilometers from some of the most beautiful Sicilian beaches, such as those of San Lorenzo, Calamosche and the Vendicari Reserve.
