Arrival
You will receive 2 sets of keys which are not to be handed over to non-residents. Please hand over your identity card or passport for registration at the tourist office.
The Wi-Fi is available for free, the password will be provided at check-in.
Use of the Villa
Parties and meetings are allowed, in compliance with the rules of the Villa, even swimming in the sea in the evening, provided you avoid disrespectful behavior such as excessive noise at night.
Waste recycling
Guests and their visitors will be responsible for recycling waste, in accordance with the customary practices of the Municipality (as detailed in the appropriate section Separate collection), and must use the special containers made available.
Animals
Pets are allowed in the Villa, preferably of a small size: the garden and the external structures have enough space for their energies. The owner of the animal is responsible for its behavior in the house and in the surrounding areas.
Children
We must point out that - as in most houses - there are many areas of risk for small children without parental supervision. Children must always be accompanied by an adult in the external area of the Villa.
Use of facilities
All electrical appliances and furnishings (for example crockery, glasses, pots, pans) must be handled with care.
Guests can use all the facilities outside the Villa (panoramic terrace, gazebo, etc.) and accessories (sunbeds, sea shower, etc.).
Energy saving
Guests are asked to turn off the lights and electrical devices such as TV and air conditioning
household appliances such as television when they are not in use, in favor of energy saving.
Parking area
Guests can bring their vehicle with them using the covered parking inside the Villa. Possible exceptions will have to be agreed, but in general in periods of overcrowding the rule must be strictly followed.
Sanitary
Please do not throw toilet paper in the toilet, but in the appropriate containers, because it would block the filtering system and the drain pipes. Do not throw rubbish, leftovers, fat or the like through the drain hose
Damage or breakage
Sometimes accidents happen, and if something breaks in your home or any type of accident occurs, it's important to report it early so we can assess the severity of the damage and what actions to take.
Safety
Guests are required to ensure that all internal and external windows and doors are
closed in their absence, in order to ensure their safety and that of the property.
An anti-theft device connected to the Villa Security is available to Guests.
Smoke
Smoking is permitted but please refrain from smoking inside the villa. It is possible to use the outside terraces for smoking. Open fire (e.g. candles) is prohibited indoors and only permitted in the outdoor area
